- 1 glass of apple juice
- 1 ham and Swiss cheese sandwich
- 1 handful of dried apricots
- 1 Fruit Source plus Veggie bar
- 2 Rogers’ Chocolates miniatures
- Roast beef
- Broccoli (gasp!)
- Roast potatoes
- ketchup
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 chocolate chip cookies
- 2 slices of cinnamon bun bread
- 2 more slices of cinnamon bun bread, several hours later
- 1 handful of Wheat Thins
- 1 serving of old cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of peppermint tea
