Today I Ate:

  • Some of a shortbread-with-mixed-nuts-topping square that was leftover from the holidays
  • 1 multivitamin
  • Ichiban with srirachi, shrimp, and a fried egg
  • 5 dried apricots
  • 1 cup of Tea at The Empress tea
  • 1 tbsp +/- ketchup
  • 1 heap of yam fries
  • 1 tbsp +/- of the corresponding dipping sauce
  • 1 bratwurst
  • 1 slice of cheese-resembling product
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 spoonful of corn
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 2 squares of Rogers’ Chocolates Chocolate Almond Brittle

  • 1 multivitamin
  • 1 glass of apple juice
  • 1 ham and Swiss cheese sandwich
  • 1 handful of dried apricots
  • 1 Fruit Source plus Veggie bar
  • 2 Rogers’ Chocolates miniatures
  • Roast beef
  • Broccoli (gasp!)
  • Roast potatoes
  • ketchup
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies
  • 2 slices of cinnamon bun bread
  • 2 more slices of cinnamon bun bread, several hours later
  • 1 handful of Wheat Thins
  • 1 serving of old cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of peppermint tea

Today I Ate:

  • 1 multivitamin
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 bean and cheese burritos
  • 1 handful of MiniEggs
  • 1 can of caffeine-free Diet Pepsi plus the juice of half a lime
  • 1 small handful of Wheat Thins
  • 1 bag of Jolly Time brand Healthy Pop popcorn
  • 1 glass of apple juice
  • 1 large white flour tortilla with peanut butter and strawberry jam
  • 1 cup of hot cocoa (not hot chocolate)

  • 1 glass of apple juice
  • 1 Fruit Source plus Veggie bar
  • 1 dish of Activia strawberry yogurt
  • 1 small flour tortilla with one slice of Swiss cheese, slightly melted
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 multivitamin
  • Another tortilla with Swiss cheese
  • 1 oatmeal bar
  • 1 caramel nut granola bar
  • Many, many meatballs, served with a variety of dipping sauces

  • 1 bowl of Fibre1 Honey Clusters cereal (1 cup cereal, 1/2 cup milk)
  • 1 glass of apple juice
  • 1 multivitamin
  • The other half of yesterday’s pizza
  • 1 litre of a low-calorie, sugar-free lemon-lime beverage
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies
  • 1 Fruit Source + Veggie bar
  • 1/2 dozen honey garlic chicken wings
  • 1 serving of honey garlic spare ribs

  • A multivitamin
  • Half a 12 grain bagel with light cream cheese
  • Half a 12 grain bagel with cinnamon raisin peanut butter
  • Half a smallish pizza
  • A litre of some wildberry-tasting beverage. One of the super low-calorie ones.
  • one dish of 7-Eleven nachos with just cheese sauce. No peppers or anything.
  • 1 Cadbury Creme Egg
  • 1 dish of Chicken Yakisoba
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 cup of Murchies hot chocolate
  • A small handful of Wheat Thins
